1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by ExiTicket ("we," "us," or "our") via our website (Exi-Ticket.com or associated domains), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and ExiTicket governing your use of our flight reservation and travel documentation services.

2 Nature of Service

ExiTicket provides flight reservations (often referred to as "onward tickets" or "proof of onward travel") primarily intended for visa application processes and immigration requirements. You acknowledge and agree that:

• The reservations provided are valid flight bookings with unique PNR (Passenger Name Record) codes, but they are NOT permanent flight tickets unless specifically stated.
• Reservations are designed to be valid for evaluation by airline staff and immigration authorities for a temporary duration (typically 48-72 hours, though variations may occur).
• We do not guarantee the specific duration of a reservation's validity once issued, as this is subject to the airline's internal policies and booking class availability.

3 User Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that all information provided to us (names, dates, routes, and contact information) is accurate and matches your official travel documents (passports). ExiTicket is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect data provided by the user.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the documentation provided meets the specific requirements of the country you are visiting or the airline you are traveling with.

4 Pricing and Payments

Current base pricing is displayed on our website. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. All payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. A reservation is only processed once full payment has been confirmed.

Flexibility Add-on: If you select the "Flexibility Reservation" option for the prescribed fee, you are entitled to a one-time modification of your passenger details or flight dates, subject to our internal processing capability.

5 Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital and instantaneous nature of our service, and the fact that we incur non-refundable costs with GDS (Global Distribution System) providers to create real reservations, all sales are final.

• Refunds are only issued if we are unable to fulfill your order within the promised timeframe.
• No refunds will be granted for "change of mind" or if your visa application is denied for reasons unrelated to the validity of the reservation at the time of presentation.
• Failure of immigration authorities to accept the document is not a ground for a refund, as acceptance is ultimately at the discretion of the individual officer.

6 Limitation of Liability

ExiTicket acts as an intermediary documentation service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExiTicket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including, but not limited to, loss of travel opportunities, visa denials, or additional transport costs.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of our service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific order.

7 Intellectual Property

The content, logos, design, and software of ExiTicket are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our service without express written consent.

8 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ExiTicket operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
